At Barna Import, we are a textile company with over 40 years of experience, where our mission, vision and values are deeply rooted in our commitment to quality, sustainability and transparency.
As a company committed to meeting the needs of our customers and the environment, we have achieved remarkable growth in the textile sector, serving different areas such as healthcare, nursing homes, industrial laundries, hotels, restaurants and catering. However, we remain open to new opportunities, offering personalised products and services that respond to the specific demands of each customer, without limiting our capacity to expand into other sectors that can benefit from our solutions. Furthermore, we are fully committed to sustainability, adopting responsible practices that reinforce our genuine commitment to caring for the environment, such as Filsan®, a recycled and recyclable fabric made from plastic bottles that would otherwise end up in our oceans. This project allows us to put the circular economy into practice, where we use a garment at the end of its useful life to create the next one.

Environmental
Our commitment to the environment is a priority. Aware of the impact our activities can have on the planet, we have calculated our carbon footprint with the aim of significantly reducing it in the coming years. To this end, we have implemented green energy in our offices and integrated sustainable practices into our manufacturing and transport processes in order to minimise our CO₂ emissions.
In addition, we have joined the UN Global Compact, aligning our actions with the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs). This commitment is realised through various environmental initiatives that include reducing our emissions, cleaning up waste and promoting practices that favour a cleaner and more sustainable world. Through these actions, we seek not only to reduce our overall environmental impact, but also to actively contribute to creating a greener future for generations to come.
Economy
At Barna Import, we understand that our commitment should not only focus on social and environmental issues, but also on the positive economic impact we can generate. That is why we allocate part of our resources to support those entities and communities that need it most.
We donate materials and financial resources to charities and foundations, such as the Red Cross and Port Aventura, which work tirelessly to improve living conditions in developing countries. This aid is aimed at those who lack access to basic healthcare, education and other essential needs.
