RE(EVOLVE)

WHY

The traditional textile industry is responsible for more than 10% of global CO₂ emissions, consumes large amounts of natural resources and generates waste that takes centuries to degrade.

Every second, a lorry full of clothes is buried or incinerated. Most synthetic fabrics come from virgin plastics, and less than 1% of discarded garments are recycled to make new ones.

The current model is not sustainable. It is time to rethink how we produce, consume and reuse textile materials.

WHAT

At Filsan®, we transform waste into resources. We design and manufacture sustainable fabrics from recycled plastic bottles, offering a high-performance and fully recyclable alternative.

Our commitment to the circular economy goes beyond recycling: We create fabrics that can be turned back into new garments, closing the textile cycle and minimising waste.

HOW

Recycled and recyclable raw material: We use post-consumer plastic bottles as the basis for our fabrics, without compromising on quality or durability.

Circular economy applied: We recover garments at the end of their useful life to transform them into new yarns, preventing them from becoming waste. 100% renewable energy: Our production is powered by clean sources, mainly solar energy, drastically reducing our environmental footprint. Transparency and traceability: Every Filsan® fabric has a verifiable origin and a responsible process, from the bottle to the final garment.
